What we collect and why

This information is collected to enable MHML to provide the relevant service to individuals for the services they have requested. The personal details will be used for internal record keeping, invoicing, improvement to our products and services, periodic notices, statements, special offers or other information, which we think you may find interesting using the correspondence address, which you have provided. From time to time, we may also use your email, telephone or mailing address to contact you for surveys that you provided. CCTV
We currently run four cameras from our registered office, one overlooking the marina, one in reception, one in the pedestrian entrance and one covering around the Elizabeth dock footbridge. These are installed as a deterrent to potential property theft and/or damage but are not monitored 24 hours per day. The data is kept on a hard drive for 14 days after the recording date, then written over.
What we will not do.
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the General Data Protection Regulations. One copy will be given free of charge. If you would like a copy of the information held on you, please write to the address below.
